   Spring Festival is an annual traditional fete in China for all the family members to get together and celebrate.So our live support will have a rest from:
13th,Feb 8:00am GMT - 17th,Feb 1:30am GMT. And during 17th, 18th, 19th, Feb the live support would offer help during 1:30am GMT - 9:30am GMT. Then from 20th,Feb 00:00am the live support would operated as usual. So please just send us emails when our live help is offline. We will get back to you as soon as we can.
